Ready to go the extra mile for youClive has lived in the Horowhenua for over 50 years. During this time, he has raised a family and had over 35 years in business that taught him how to manage change successfully. Today, Clive is passionate about helping you buy or sell your property and finding the best possible solution for you by being at your side every step of the way.
In 1959 Clive’s parents moved their family and engineering business to Levin from Wellington. Clive attended both primary school and college in Levin before joining the family business in 1976 and going on to take over the business several years later with his brother after his father passed away.
In 2003 Clive and his brother decided to split the company in two, which gave Clive the opportunity to specialise in manufacturing ergonomic office accessories. The company quickly emerged as a market leader, leading to an increased product range and services and established markets in both NZ and Australia due to Clive’s sales ability. The business has remained in the Horowhenua and has now been taken over by Clive’s eldest son.
In his spare time Clive enjoys growing his own vegetables and roses, playing the piano and is one of the organists at St Mary’s Anglican Church. He is also a keen singer in the St Mary’s choir, and the Sing Out Levin Community Choir.
Clive can often be seen in town driving one of his classic cars, his pride and joy is a 1997 Mercedes Benz S500, which was first owned by the late Māori Queen, Dame Te Arikinui Te Atairangikaahu. He is also a member of the Manawatu Mercedes Car Club and the Morris Enthusiast Car Club of NZ. |
